The IPART PS2 Smart Electropneumatic Positioner is an advanced solution designed for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators. Engineered for reliability and precision, this positioner operates on a 2-wire system, delivering a control signal ranging from 4 to 20 mA. Its robust double-action functionality makes it ideal for various industrial applications.


Encased in a durable polycarbonate enclosure, the IPART PS2 is built to withstand the rigors of demanding environments, though it is standard without explosion protection. Its compact dimensions of 26.1 x 16.70 x 14.40 cm make it easy to integrate into existing systems.


The positioner features inductive limit switches (ILS), with two limit switches and one digital output for enhanced control and monitoring. For analog position feedback, it supports an Analog Output Module (AOM), providing real-time data to optimize operations.


Additionally, customers have the option to order a device plug M12 with the product, as well as an isolating power supply SITRANS I100, sold separately. The IPART PS2 also offers fail-safe functionality, ensuring that the actuator is depressurized in the event of a power failure, enhancing safety.


Instruction manuals are provided in English, German, and Chinese, ensuring user-friendly operation.

How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
