The SIPART PS2 smart electropneumatic positioner is expertly engineered for pneumatic linear and part-turn actuators, ensuring precise control in various industrial applications. Designed with versatility in mind, this positioner supports 2-, 3-, and 4-wire configurations, providing seamless integration with existing systems.

This unit operates on a 4...20 mA signal and features a HART interface for enhanced communication and diagnostics. Built with double-acting capability, it guarantees reliable performance even under challenging conditions.

The enclosure is crafted from durable aluminum and comes with a flame-proof standard type of protection (Ex i), making it suitable for hazardous environments. For additional flexibility, an output isolator, SITRANS I215, is available for separate order (7NG4131-1AA00).

Dimensions of the unit are 90.50 x 50.50 x 10.00 mm, and it connects electrically via M20x1.5 and pneumatically via 1/4” NPT threads. Note that this model does not include limit monitors or option modules. It operates in a standard or fail-safe mode, ensuring the actuator is depressurized in case of electrical power failure (single acting only).

Included with your purchase are brief instructions available in English, German, and Chinese, ensuring straightforward installation and operation.

How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
