The SINAMICS Power Module PM240-2 is an unfiltered solution designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial applications. Operating at a voltage range of 380-480V AC with a power rating of 5.5 kW, this module provides exceptional performance and reliability.

With an integrated braking chopper, the PM240-2 ensures efficient energy management during high overload conditions, offering a power handling capability of 200% for 3 seconds and 150% for 57 seconds. For lower power overloads, it supports 150% for 3 seconds and 110% for 57 seconds, maintaining operational integrity in a range of ambient temperatures from -10 to +50°C.

This product is designed with a compact size of 345 x 154 x 171 mm (HxWxD) and is rated with IP20 protection, making it suitable for various industrial settings. The SINAMICS range is well-known for its cutting-edge technology, enhancing system performance and energy efficiency.

Release notes indicate that this module is compatible with firmware version V4.6 and available for phase-out since 2021. With a nominal current of 18 A and a maximum output frequency of 550 Hz, the PM240-2 is engineered to adapt to diverse operational demands.

How much warranty do I get on a product?
You always get a 2-year warranty on products, both refurbished and new. This is twice as much as the standard factory warranty from many manufacturers.
Are all products available from stock immediately?
New and tested refurbished products from our stock are always available immediately. Untested and non-refurbished products undergo a thorough refurbishment and an extensive testing procedure before shipment.
Can I order products urgently?
Yes, you can. New and refurbished products that are ready for shipment will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 16:00 CET. An express shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, or Italy will arrive the next day. An express shipment to other countries in the European Union takes 2 days. An express shipment to countries outside the European Union takes 3 days.
