My company is located outside the European Union. What should I consider when sending a product to JC-Electronics for repair or warranty?
The first step is to place a repair order or contact us about returning a product under warranty. You will then receive an RMA document from JC-Electronics. You will need to include a commercial invoice stating that the product is temporarily leaving the country. The invoice should include the following details:
- That the shipment is under Incoterms DDP
- The article number
- HS code
- Your VAT number
The shipping costs to JC-Electronics are at your expense.
